FAQ:
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our apparel is custom printed when you order, we can not accept returns unless it is the wrong item or damaged during shipping. We provide a sizing chart on each product page so you can make sure your t-shirt, hoodie, etc is the right fit. Some of our items are available for return so please email us at store (at) daylightcurfew (dot) com. We cannot accept returns on clothing that has been worn or washed. If an item is returned you will receive a refund minus shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any lost / stolen packages. Once your package has been shipped it is in the hands of the carrier and any issues must be addressed with them.
 
 How much does it cost to ship?
Please place what you'd like to order in your cart and initiate a check out. You will be given shipping quotes from there.
 Where is my order:
You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking once your order goes out.  Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery, depending on where you live. Many of our t-shirts and hoodies are custom made so please allow a few extra days for us to receive your order, source your shirt and print it just for you.

My package is missing an item:
Don't fret. Sometimes your order will be split up into multiple shipments. You'll receive a second (and sometimes in rare cases, a third) package containing the rest of your order once the product is back in stock or shipped from our alternate warehouse.
 
Do you ship to (insert country name here)?
Please look at the drop down list of countries when checking out and you’ll see all of the countries we ship to.  Our US store ships worldwide.
 
When will I get my package?
PLEASE NOTE: Many of our t-shirts and hoodies are custom made so please allow a few days for us to receive your order, source your shirt and print it just for you.
Preorder packages are shipped out the week before street date.  As long as our postal service does their job right then you’ll be receiving your package right around the day the record lands in stores.  Due to some unforeseen circumstances with shipping carriers, some people have received their packages a few days late. International orders are known to show up a bit late due to stops at customs, this is out of our hands. 
 
I preordered an album on vinyl, how do I get my download card.
Most of the time vinyl is packaged with a download card.  When you receive your package you’ll need to redeem the card by using the download code printed on the back. 
 
I preordered an album as a digital download, when do I get it?
Links are sent to your email as soon as you place the order. Please allow 3-5 minutes for them to show up.  For preordered albums, digital download links will be emailed during the day of release, please check your inbox on that day. If you don’t see it on that day please check your junk folders or spam filters.  If it’s still not there then please email info (at) daylightcurfew (dot) com
 
I preordered an album on CD, do I get a digital download?
If the preorder page states that you’ll be receiving a download with your purchase then you’ll receive the download link on the day of release.  CDs are not packaged with download cards.
 
Do you sell mp3, CDs, Vinyl?
Yes, we do.  Please visit the store and click on any title you’re interested in. You’ll see towards the bottom of the page your options on format.  Some titles are digital-only and others have the option to purchase on CD and/or vinyl.
